Since BroadBranch was founded in 2005, Matt led many of the BroadBranch’s organic and inorganic strategy engagements focused in the technology industry, including dozens of assignments for clients seeking to improve their competitive position via organic and inorganic expansion globally. Matt is a subject matter expert in go-to-market strategy, organic and inorganic strategy, and strategic diligence related to M&A. His expertise and efforts have supported 40+ leading international customers seeking growth in various industries. Prior to founding BroadBranch, Matt worked for an M&A-focused investment bank where he supported more than $10B of successful transactions. Early in his career, Matt covered key regions of interest to policy makers including North Korea, Iran, and the Republic of Georgia. Matt holds dual MBAs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and Escuela de Negocios de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile). He also received his BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.
