Matthew joined BroadBranch Advisors as an associate in January 2026. Before joining BroadBranch, he spent several years working in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience from discovery research through manufacturing for clinical trials, with a focus on gene therapy and nanoparticle delivery methods. In his role at BroadBranch, he seeks to utilize his knowledge of the biotechnology industry to bridge the gap between life sciences innovation and business strategy. Matthew recently completed his Master’s in Biotechnology from Georgetown University with a concentration on drug design and discovery, as well as holding a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer and football fan, an aspiring runner, and a lover of HBO original series.
